[Yum] Failed to initialize NSS library

Hi,

this is a know bug (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1476031)


   1.

   Download  libnspr4.so_.tar.bz2
   <https://access.redhat.com/node/3134931/40/0>
   2.

   Extract libnspr4.so from the tar, to the current directory on the server
   3.

   Update the "nspr" library using the library in the tarball to bootstrap
   the operation

# LD_PRELOAD=./libnspr4.so yum update nspr
