[Yum] yum 3.2.29 released

Hi Folks,
 So it's been just about forever since a yum release and we had a
deadline so - poof - a new yum release. :) 

A lot of changes - overall - stabilization and some feature additions.
The normal set of speed/bugfix changes, though.
