[Yum] how to request a package be added to a group?

  is this the right forum to ask that, and how would one do it?
specifically, we have the "Authoring and Publishing" group:

 Default Packages:
   docbook-slides
   docbook-style-dsssl
   docbook-style-xsl
   docbook-utils
   docbook-utils-pdf
   linuxdoc-tools
   texlive
   xhtml1-dtds
   xmlto
 Optional Packages:
 ... snip ...

which i think should contain the package docbook5-schemas, at the very
least optionally.  should i file a BZ report against that package?
