[Yum] yum- no route to host error

[root at xn05 LCG-DM]# python -V
Python 2.3.4
[root at xn05 LCG-DM]# yum --version
2.4.3
[root at xn05 LCG-DM]# rpm -qa | python-url
-bash: python-url: command not found
[root at xn05 LCG-DM]# rpm -qa | grep python-url
python-urlgrabber-2.9.7-1.2.el4.rf
[root at xn05 LCG-DM]#

yum is working fine with all other site repos
