[Yum] 'yum update yum' moves away current copy of installonlyn.conf but no replacement

The new yum obsoletes the installonlyn plugin.

So it is removing the yum-installonlyn plugin and rpm is behaving 
correctly in leaving a file.rpmsave for the config file.
