I didn't. Let's see what happens.
createrepo -d /afs/grand.central.org/archive/linuxdev/fedora8/x86_64
...
yum --installroot /var/lib/mock/fedora-8-x86_64/root list kernel-devel

Ok. So that's it. There may have been stale sqlite files there before, but,
at this point I can't check (and didn't think to a moment ago)

In any case, I guess now this plus mock equals run one command and come back
in a week :)
