[Yum] Reg primary.xml.gz to primary.xml.gz.sqlite conversion

  Yeah. I can't do nfs mount thingy, b'cos I want to make it totally
independent of everything. Just plain python. Anyway, I resolved that
according to my requirements by uncompressing the primary.xml.gz and the
parsing with xml.dom.minidom.
