[Yum] Can Yum install multiple versions of the same RPM?

CentOS has a yum-utils available for yum 2.4 - I'm not sure if
allowdowngrade is in it or not. There has been some backporting of certain
utils from newer releases to the yum-utils available for CentOS 4, so it
might be feasible.
