[Yum] documentation of proxy

hi,

i struggled for quite some time trying to get yum to run my updates for
me, only to realize that my proxy configuration needed to change from:

proxy=http://proxy:port

to

proxy=http://proxy:port/

missing the trailing slash at the end caused some nice python errors
that took a lot of googleing to figure out, i would suggest mentioning
an example in the yum.conf man page, to save some poor sys admin some
grief.
