[Yum] help needed in yum installation

Thanks, I did include proxy like this in /etc/yum.conf:

it started working. I cud install yumex. then i tried some updates and
installations using yumex. some worked. some are still showing th error like
this:

and hence fail. Does it mean that it succeds in gettin downloads from some
repos but no from some ohters? In that case should i include somethin like
this in /etc/yum.conf?
