[Yum] install problems with php

Correct. qmail is not provided by centos, as its license prevents
binary distribution and <opinion> its author is a clinically
insane</opinion>. This entire thread has nothing to do with yum, and
should probably have been done in the centos ml, as yum appears to be
working just fine.
