[Yum] install problems with php

These are not CentOS-4 supplied php packages. You picked these up from
some place else. Because they're not distro provided packages, the
required versions are off for the new package you're attempting to
install. Either remove what you've got and install the distro
packages, or figure out where your current packages came from and
install what you need from there. Mixing and matching won't work.
