[Yum] yum won't install python-devel

Hello yumsters,

I have fc4 installed on my Pentium 3 IBM laptop, and I
need to install python-devel so I can compile
psycopg2, but yum says no.

yum list shows this:

python.i386       2.4.1-2       installed
python.i386       2.4.3-8.FC4   installed

and this:

python-devel.i386 2.4.3-8.FC4   fedora-updates

When I fire up python, it says Python 2.4.3.

But when I yum install python-devel, I get this:

(I do not see a conflict.  Is there a conflict?)

I would appreciate suggestions on how to install
python-devel.
