[Yum] specifying architectures in the grouplist.xml?

That syntax seems extremely cumbersome.

adding a flag for this would just confuse the issue, wouldn't it? 

In what circumstances would you want ONLY the x86_64 or ONLY the i386
package installed from a given repository?
