[Yum] Yum times out: Socket error 4, and 256

Thanks, I had looked at the man page, but I am still fairly intimidated 
by cli stuff, so unless something is pretty obvious, I miss it.  I set 
the timeout to 300 seconds (default is 30).  Everything works!
