Can you post this problem to the fedora-list at redhat.com also??

And please try also this commands:

wget -v --inet6-only http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/4/i386/os/repodata/repomd.xml

and then

wget -v --inet4-only http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/4/i386/os/repodata/repomd.xml

Post the output of both commands!!!
