[Yum] Yum Connection Error

Hi... :-)

When checking for updates as root, the following
appears:

[root at localhost waldyd]# yum check-update
Yum Version: 2.3.2
COMMAND: yum check-update
Installroot: /
Setting up repositories
Baseurl(s) for repo:
['http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/']
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (111, 'Connection
refused')>
Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository:
updates-released
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from updates-released:
[Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

How can i solve this issue?
