[Yum] installing from local rpms

Something very interesting (see below), what yum does is not what is says it
will do: it does not download anything and the reported total download size is
not the total size of the rpm files installed.

Fortunatly it does install from the local rpms and apparently the new version
of OpenOffice works fine.
