[Yum] yum 2.4.1

Hi Everyone,
 I'm happy to announce yum 2.4.1. This offers just a few changes from
2.4.0 - mostly bugfixes.

- repomd.xml is now cached so we don't have to get it each time we
startup
  (see metadata_expire option in yum.conf man page)
- Bugs fixed: 507, 508, 514, 518, 520, rh bug 172510
