What sort of information do you want?

General plugin installation and configuration is discussed in the yum 
and yum.conf man pages.

Plugin development is described in detail in the PLUGINS document 
(online at http://wiki.linux.duke.edu/WritingYumPlugins).

The usage of a particular plugin is usually documented in the plugin's 
source at the top of the .py file.
