[Yum] Installing yum on RH 7.2 and 8.0

Hello,

   I have successfully installed yum on my RedHat 9.0 servers.
   
   However, I cannot get it installed on my 8.0 and 7.2 servers.
   
   On 8.0, I get:
   
   rpm -Uvf yum-2.0.8-1.noarch.rpm
        error: Failed dependencies:
        rpm >= 0:4.1.1 is needed by yum-2.0.8-1

   On 7.2, I get:
   
   rpm -Uvf yum-2.0.8-1.noarch.rpm
   error: failed dependencies:
        libxml2-python is needed by yum-2.0.8-1
        rpm >= 0:4.1.1 is needed by yum-2.0.8-1
        
   Have browsed the FAQs and performed a google search.
   
   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
