This usually implies that you installed via 'make install' and this is
generally unsuccessful. Please install via an rpm for the appropriate
distribution (rhel 3 or 4 rpms and dependencies can be obtained from
the centos project) or alternatively you can build your own rpm from
the src.rpm via rpmbuild --rebuild foo.src.rpm
