[Yum] php-mysql is not yummy

I'm confused, this is saying that the dependency is
MySQL-server >= 5.0

which I have 5.0.15 installed.
I updated and upgraded yum and went to install
php-mysql 5.0.4
 and it still fails.

 I have searched the mailing lists and google. No
luck. 
can someone please advise how to install php-mysql
with using mysql-server 5.0.15 ?
