[Yum] php-mysql is not yummy

I did a manual install of mysql-5x a few days ago

yum see's it

MySQL-client.i386                        5.0.15-0     
         installed
MySQL-Max.i386                           5.0.15-0     
         installed       
MySQL-server.i386                        5.0.15-0     
         installed       


yet when I goto install php-mysql I receive the
following error:

I notice it is looking to update mysql-4x which is not
installed  on my system.
