Honestly, I think that the faq and the mailing list should be in the
manpage "see also" section, but we should probably pull the "send this
message to" error from yum if it hasn't already been pulled.  I
suspect that leads a lot of people to email the list first without
searching other resources.

It would probably also be reasonable to say "read the faq" on the
mailing list subscription page.
