[Yum] Error Upgrading RH8 to RH9 -- retrygrab() fail

I am using a standard /etc/yum.conf and I fail with this error when trying to
upgrade from RH8 to RH9.

It fails on libstdc++-0-3.2.2-5.i386.hdr

Any idea what I should do?  I tried adding an entry for DAG, which I think
has this file, but it fails anyway.
