[Yum] reppo on OpenBSD

[oh yeah]

Anyone have any experience setting up a repo no
OpenBSD 3.7?

Python 2.3 and RPM 3.0 (hmm, might have troubles here
too) are installed and I bounce back and forth between
errors:

(1) Something about not being able to find rpm lib
(that I can resolve by running ldconfig) and 

(2) "python: can't load library 'libpython2.3.so.0.0'"

I know... learn the os before you try to do things on
it... Unfortunately I dont have that luxory now, have
to get it done.
