[Yum] yum dist-upgrade planned?

Are there any plans for yum to be capable of something similar to
Debian's apt dist-upgrade?  Given how much more volatile Fedora
development is than Debian's, I have a feeling that such a feature
wouldn't be simple ... but that same volatility is what would make it
so nice to have an easier way of upgrading from major release to major
release.
