[Yum] yum 2.0.x - new daily

Hi,
 new daily. Fixes the comps-importing bug. Thanks to Jeff Sheltren and
Josko Plazonic for finding and fixing this one.

Plans: I'm probably going to add rpmdb-$distro support in as well for
yum cache priming. It's not a lot of code and it'll be more complete
than the hdlist[2] headers.

All of this code is ultimately moot but it's good measure to hold over
things until yum TNV gets happy.
