[Yum] conflict between ghostscript and foomatic

I'm seldom "sure" - that's why I ask so many questions.<g>

As for locking rpmdb - I'm not fool enough to run rpm manually while yum 
update is in progress. And, the rhnsd service is turned off for both 
runlevels 3 and 5.

Anything else to check?
