SV: [Yum] Renaming cache

so just to be sure I understand:
1. the packages didn't change on the server
2. the headers didn't change in /var/cache/yum
3. but all of the SAME headers got downloaded  again?


can you replicate this with a yum -d 4 output?

I'm having a hard time buying this. The updated header check is dirt
simple.
