You need to switch your repositories in /etc/yum.conf, then _manually_
install the fedora-release 2 rpm.  Then do yum upgrade.

Is there a faq or howto for this?  Or even a feature in yum to do this soon?
Fedore promises releases about 3 times a year, so upgrading is a rather
frequent event.
