[Yum] first draft of yum newbie doc online

where you'll find a small number of PDF files of the form
"rh_admin_manual_<blah>.pdf".  these are preliminary chapters/
sections of a RH admin courseware manual i'm writing at the
moment, and i've just ripped a few sections out and posted
them to get some feedback from the locals.

  there's still work to do on them -- content, aesthetics, etc. --
but the yum file should at least start to explain yum client usage.
more content will be added this weekend, but feel free to comment
on what's already there.

  warning: it was all written in under two hours, so yes, it's
going to be cleaned up immensely.
