I use yum to keep all my servers and desktops (around 40 Intel machines)
keep updated with patches and enhancements. I make a central repository
with yum of all the RedHat Linux versions from 7.2 to 9 and use that
repository to automatically update at the clients using cron. It brought
a high level of automation in my organization. I will always enjoyed
working with yum and will keep doing that.
