I have yum repos for every combination of version and arch for redhat
and mandrake on the public mirrors.  Generally, the baseurls are:

http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/yum-repository/{mandrake,redhat}/$vers/$arch/
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/yum-repository/{mandrake,redhat}/updates/$vers/$arch/
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/yum-repository/mandrake/$vers/contrib/$arch/

I generated conf files similar to your repos directory at:
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/yum-repository/confs/
