[Yum] working rpms for phoebe1,2,3 and phoebe yum repository

Hi,
 working rpm for phoebe1,2,3 (at least, it should work for 1,2,3 - I
know it works for 2 and 3 :)

(yes, it's called yum-phoebe - I didn't want namespace confliction)

It points to the repository for phoebe - available here:
http://mirror.dulug.duke.edu/pub/yum-repository/redhat/phoebe/i386/

phoebe will, of course, be only temporary. When rhl TNV comes out final,
phoebe will go away.
