[Yum] Yum 0.9.0 Released

Hi,
 I've put up a 0.9.0 on http://www.dulug.duke.edu/yum/

Recent Changes:

 - changed -r to -R to make it less accidental to use
 - updated gpg checking to make it more sane
 - added gpgkeyring and gpghome options to the config file
   - gpgkeyring - specifies an alternative keyring for gpg to find the
     public keys - defaults to none
   - gpghome - directory for the gpg keyring info - defaults to
     /root/.gnupg
 - fixed the updatehdrlist function - should more correctly deal with
   packages that are updated AND change archs

I think thats it - let me know if its horribly broken.
