[Yum] yum and rpm < 4.0.4

Hey,
 Does anyone here care if I do something in yum assuming at least rpm
4.0.4? There is a nifty feature of relocating gpg keyrings that is only
in rpm 4.0.4 and since there is so much other stuff that breaks with rpm
< 4.0.4 and yum I figure I'd already had this as a requires anyway.
