[Yum] once more feature request

I think it's a good idea to change current location of headers file.
I mean - how can i use yum with my RH CD if i can't write to this CD :)
It's can looks like:
yum-arch /mnt/cdrom -R /var/myrep

and in yum.conf


[server]
name=7.3 main
baseurl=file://mnt/cdrom/
repository=file://var/myrep
