DNF 1.1.6 and DNF-PLUGINS-CORE 0.1.16 Released

Hello everyone,

another version od DNF and DNF-PLUGINS-CORE has been released. Recently released DNF adds socks5
proxy support and repoquery has new --unneeded and --recent switches available. Additionally a lot
of bugs have been fixed. For more information see DNF [1] and plugins [2] release notes.
