German translation of yum-utils

Almost two months since I sent this mail... Is there no interest in more
translations? Actually I also like to translate the yum and yum-utils man pages,
but I'm afraid I would work for the dustbin if no one cares about. Anyway, see
my current (po4a based) po files at [1].

BTW, if you believe we get a drop-in replacement for Yum and its plugins anyway
soon (as long as dnf will be prepared for translation one day) we could
concentrate on dnf, too. Maybe that's the right direction...maybe.
