 ACK. Hard to believe it's been almost a year since downloadonly moved
into core :-o. Not even sure it's worth altering the comment on the
requires for yum-utils.spec.

 Also looking at it we should document (man page and default in
config.py) that a user can put downloaddir=foo in [main], atm. it's a
pretty hidden feature and esp. after this change we won't be able to
change it.
