[Yum-devel] yum for redhat 7 and 9 and other older distros in use

We would like a yum version for redhat 7 and 9 and other distros that have
updates available. The update rpms are available via ftp and up2date and
could easily be copied to a yum repo. We have a redhat server we need to
replace.
