[Yum-devel] yum 3.4.0 released

 So it's only been 3 months since the last release, and probably the
biggest change has been by Panu (of rpm fame) for re-writing
significant parts of yum <=> rpm interaction.
 Hopefully there are enough bugfixes to compensate :)

 The version has changed to 3.4.x, in part because we have a different
victi^W person doing releases (me!). There is a plan for them to occur
more frequently, and with smaller changes, but we'll see how that
goes. For developers, we are still working on the yum-3_2_X branch.
