 Ok something close to this version has gone through anaconda testing,
and appears to now¹ work.
 It has a config. to turn it off, and the transaction callbacks (TODO
list getting smallish :o).


 So last quick test before we merge this:

¹ Two bugs found: One due to different sqlite in rawhide, and another
due to me not passing installroot in :). Both should be fixed in this
one.
