Reproducer: repoquery --pkgnarrow=extras foo

The control flow in simplePkgList/_setupPkgObjList/_yieldSQLDataList is quite 
hairy so this really deserves a review.  I ended up copying the "names" 
behavior from _buildPkgObjList and things appear to work fine for me.
