Just some additional notes: I plan to start adding more yum-utils completions 
later when I get yum's bash completion into shape and included in yum; many 
commands in yum-utils operate on repo ids and completing those will come from 
yum's completion.  Oh, and if this one is accepted, I'll also improve the log 
message to say "Add bash completion for repomanage, package-cleanup and 
verifytree." before committing.
