[Yum-devel] Man page fixes

Hi,

Please apply the attached patches to the current code base for inclusion
in the next release. Thanks to these patches, man is not yelling.

FYI, to test with man, you can use:

LANG=C man --warnings -l yum.conf.5 >/dev/null

It seems, by the way, that it's not always complaining when it should.

Sorry that it took me sooooooo long to send these patches that I said I
would send earlier. I was quite busy with other stuffs.
