[Yum-devel] yum-3.2.19 in Fedora 8

So yum-utils 1.1.16 is "stable" and it's in the F9 newkey repo, but the
corresponding yum 3.2.19 is "pending".  This is cause yum update to fail
unless I exclude yum-utils.
