The wrapper is gone, but sped this up just by having the service started
in the background as of yum-updatesd-0.6.  It means we lose reliable
start/failed info, but if we switched to doing something like the above,
then we'd similarly lose any of the interesting start/failed info.

I'm looking at moving it to be started via system bus activation, but
that makes it less useful for the auto-updating used on a server case.
So some thought is needed first and so I'm not going to make the change
for F8
